GIN 01

The story begins with juniper from North Macedonia. Its classic pine character and resinous freshness establish the crisp, dry foundation of GIN 01. We build around that character because juniper gives the gin its unmistakable identity: clear, aromatic and confident. It is the structure that lets the citrus and spice unfold while keeping the spirit firmly grounded in the dry gin tradition.

Thai coriander seed connects the gin to the place behind the brand. Hand sourced in Thailand, it brings vibrant citrus aromatics, delicate floral notes and warm spice. Alongside juniper, those qualities create a subtle conversation between classic gin character and our Thai roots. Fragrant and quietly expressive, it gives GIN 01 a distinctive point of view while preserving its clean balance.

Sun ripened orange peel brings bright zest, a refreshing citrus lift and gently sweet citrus notes. It opens the aroma and complements the fragrant coriander, giving the juniper room to shine. Its role is to add brightness and balance, carrying a thread of citrus through to the clean, dry finish.

Cloves bring a gentle layer of warmth, aromatic depth and subtle spice. Their contribution sits beneath the juniper and citrus, giving the blend a fuller sense of balance. That quiet warmth helps the botanicals come together and adds another detail to discover as the flavour unfolds.
